Building New Homes
I'll ensure you feel confident in your decisions and will supervise the entire building process.

Building your dream home or addition should be an enjoyable experience. Looking back on your building experience you will feel proud knowing that your decisions were sound and backed by a professional builder with nearly 25 years of experience.
One of the most important differences you will find when working with a builder like myself is that I will personally supervise the building of your new home or remodeling experience. From the staking of the lot, installation of the foundation, framing, rough in of plumbing, electrical and heating, to the final inspection and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy, I will personally be on site making sure the procedures go smoothly and there are no headaches for you, the owner.
Home Additions & Remodeling
I'll help you make sure your I's are dotted and T's are crossed with your new addition.
Considering adding that master bedroom suite or family room you always wanted? You will likely require assistance in arranging a rough draft of your desires as well as in selecting a qualified architect to finalize the blueprints. Most importantly, though, is the adaptability of the new addition to your existing home.

Finding a Lot
I know the area, I'll assist you in finding the lot to build your dream home.
The first step in the process of your desire to build your dream home is finding a lot or acreage parcel. I have worked in and built new homes and additions from Fowlerville to Howell and Milford, north to Montrose, west to Owosso and east to Oxford. This has helped to make me very familiar with the four county area in which I live.
Lot Inspection
I'll personally inspect your prospective lot, eliminating the need to work with many different people.
There are some important steps that need to be included in the purchase of any parcel of land. I offer my service to make sure the lot is "buildable" and that soil conditions and drainage issues won't be a problem later on. Does the parcel pass a percolation test? If so, is it a good one or one that will cost an extreme amount of money. Feel free to call me for a free inspection.
Financing
I have years of experience in smoothing out the process of financing your new home.
Unfamiliar with the various types of financing? I will be there for you as well. With years of experience in the real estate and then the building business, I have learned the many steps necessary to complete your new construction loan with the end loan financing in place so there are no delays when the final closing is set.
